Enjoy Centre Wedding | Edmonton, Alberta
From the very start, Michelle and Stewart’s wedding day was filled with all of the things that made them happy. They incorporated so many personal elements into their day, and it warmed my heart to see all of the corgi-themed touches throughout. Not only did they have their corgi Miles as their ring bearer, the ring was tucked inside a little handmade dumpling box that Stewart proposed to Michelle with. For the ceremony, they fixed it on a silk floral collar for him to carry. The bridesmaids and groomsmen gifts each had little corgi stickers on them, and the groomsmen were gifted socks printed with corgis and pizza. To tie the whole thing together, the coupons they printed for their midnight snack pizza truck also had corgis on them!
Their florals were done by Michelle’s sister Vicky, using silk flowers. I loved the alternative to bouquets for the bridesmaids. Instead of needing to carry bouquets all day, the ladies also wore little boutonnières on their dresses! Michelle and Stewart’s first look and ceremony took place at the Enjoy Centre, and we had a great day running around St. Albert for their portraits. We stopped in for lunch at Smashburger before continuing with the rest of their portraits. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more relaxed wedding day, and I’m so glad they took the time to make it unique to them!
